About:
The William ‘Bill’ Scott Roh Superintendent Scholarship has been started to honor our father, friend and colleague, to honor his experience, knowledge and dedication to the construction industry. As a 30 year employee of Pioneer Construction, Bill Roh had been a leader and mentor. He had worked on buildings such as Ellis Parking, Thousand Oaks, 20 Fulton and numerous jobs for Grand Valley State University including the Mary Idema Pew Library, Center for Health Sciences and P. Kindschi Hall of Science just to name a few.
The scholarship will be awarded to a student within the Construction Management program at Ferris State University who shows the drive and passion to pursue field supervision, as Bill had. All donations made to the scholarship will be matched 100% by FSU through the summer of 2022. It is our sincere thank you to Pioneer Construction, Ferris State and to all supporters.
